About the Blog
When I look around today, I see so much anxiety about everything: the food we eat, the bodies we inhabit, and the world we live in. Sometimes I long for the days when humans could just eat the food that grew around them knowing it was nourishing, appreciate their bodies for what they did instead of hating them for what they look like, and be at peace in their environment. Fortunately, we can structure our lives to give us some of that power back. When we feel great and aren’t having to obsess over food, body image, or health issues, we have more energy and focus to be able to accomplish the things that are important to us, and be there for the people that are important to us.
I believe that our current lifestyles have much more of an effect on us than just the way our bodies look. What goes on in your mind is just as (if not more) important than what goes on in your midsection, and they are highly connected! My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your well being, be proactive about your health, and get the natural high and sense of peace that happens when everything is just right in your world.
